How does that work? I'm just curious to see if it's painless and effective. Could it be rubbing alcohol?
How is it not simple? For people who don't have access to guns it's the best effort to reward ratio you will find.
It's simple but compared to everything else, it is relatively complex. Proper breathing and equipment fittings definitely add complexity whereas poisoning is as easy as eating things on time and hanging is just finding a good spot to hang the rope. Inert gas isn't hard but it definitely has more complexity.
Carbon Monoxide is known to be a silent killer. Breathing from car exhaust (especially from old cars) can kill.
newly made cars have too little CO for it to work. very old cars maybe..
It involves purchasing and storing expensive equipment; you have to source the gas itself, a regulator and a hose, and store the canister in a way that doesn't arise suspicion.
Full suspension is fairly simple, but the painless variations of the hanging method (partial and drop) are fairly complicated.
This is a lot more complicated than it seems, because of the need to have an absolutely sturdy support to tie the rope to. That alone causes a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. Next is the matter of properly tying the ligature to the support and making a proper noose, which many people do not know how to do and can also create a lot of anxiety. Finally, there is the almost certain trial and error amid the general hesitation of using this method. Also of concern is the issue of having enough time and privacy to not be worried about being found.
No experience with the method but I'm guessing it means drinking alcohol in the bathtub so you pass out and drown? If that's the case I would definitely not use rubbing alcohol. It's filled with bitterants and if you manage to get it down it'll probably burn a lot of throat tissue.
