Kurt cobain. Murder or suicide?

I've seen so many documentaries on how he was possibly murdered. But after watching his bio, I think he did himself in. He seemed to be suffering a lot

True. He did drugs to deal with his fucked up parents. The pain was already there. Drug addiction doesn't care if you are rich and famous, it'll kill you one way or another

Something which speaks in favour of the suicide theory is that he was bipolar och people suffering from bipolar disorder have the highest suicide rate.

His lyrics suggest to me suicide. I mean that Courtney Love was pretty off, but I'm not sure even she'd go that far? I heard there weren't his prints on the gun though or something so I couldn't say for sure.

However, Cobain suffered from chronic undiagnosed stomach pain (a discomfort which I have experienced as incredibly treatment resistant), had nearly died from overdoses immediately before his actual death (and was saved by his wife), then there are these famous publicity stills:

So genetically speaking he was prone to commit suicide too. Also he wrote a song called " I hate myself and I want to die" so his intentions are pretty clear.

Reading his biography, he was suffering already from a young age. It wasn't his parents. Their divorce didn't help, but he was quite an unusual child from early on. The biographer thinks he most likely had Bipolar,but he was given the wrong medication as a child and his childhood manic episodes went undiagnosed.
