Method just attempted to ctb by partial hanging

It's the second time I attempt partial hanging but I had the same problem that I had the first time: is like I'm falling asleep for like 8 seconds but suddenly I stand up. My throat hurts like a bitch, I might have broken something.
I don't have a tall place to do full suspension, I bought SN but it was taken away from me before I could try it and I would like to ctb by SN but it would arrive in several days and some days I feel okay, but I know that I have to die so I want to ctb before I change my mind.

Any tips on partial suspension? would taking xanax help? do you recommend other methods?

I tried to ctb 3 times with partial and obviously failed. I just suck at it.
What I did the last time was take lots of sleeping and some other pills so as to supress my SI but I ended up passing out too quickly and in a coma for 2 days lol

Dunno about you, but for me, "before I change my mind" is code for "I'm not ready for death yet". I would recommend you give life one more chance

And yeah, agree with @WornOutLife . I suck at partial lol, so tag me if you ever find any good methods to do it successfully

I think that partial hanging is not a very good method

Partial is really hard. I tried it like 50 times. Couldn't go through with it.

I'm also trying to make partial work. I thought it would be easy to pass out, but maybe I'm just not ready and determined enough.
Just learned about SN today and I think that will be a better way.

Hi, i survived partial today.
It's harder/more painful than i had thought but i will be trying again...
I'm going to combine it with other meds to lose the SI and hasten the passing out.

Part of me wishes in a weird way that someone around me would care enough to notice the pain i'm in and act-

But most of me wants this cbt and i therefore won't reach out to them, as they will confiscate my sn and my rope and it will be way harder to get either afterwards.

But then, the "Drs" here did say "We can't stop you..."
i said i was 100% going to, it was just a matter of time.... they still released me.

And so my theory that no one cares about me is proven.... they don't care- no one else cares, why should i stay alive?

Anyway,SN is sodium nitrite,a curing salt thatis poison. several people have usedit from here. look up the thread on SN,lots ofinfo. but i dont think they sell it in your country!!

That's a good idea; dunno about you, but I get a feeling that you're not 100% ready for death. Probably a good idea to seek out help one last time, otherwise you might regret it. You can always talk to me if you want

I would recommend you not CTB. "Part of me" doesn't mean "all of me", after all. And ngl, you give me the vibe that you want to live

I didn't realise how hard it is to go through with partial suspension until I tried it myself. For the past 2 days I have tried over and over but every time I feel myself about to pass out, I instinctively stop myself without realising I'm doing it. So I gave up after about 50 tries and ordered SN again lol

Would you consider ordering it again and maybe being more discreet?

I got a fissure in my throat, from trying to pass out with a bandana, my pharyngeal nerve got fucked and hurt like hell for more than 6 months, it was hard to eat solid food or swallow anything at all. Had to get a ct scan. It makes a crackling sound every time I swallow and it's hard to sleep well with the fucked up throat.
