It's going to be below freezing for the next week where I live.

There's a large river within walking distance from where I live and even in negative temps it doesn't freeze over.

The coldest day has a high of 19 F and a low of 4 F.

would jumping into it and freezing + drowning be a good chance to ctb? I really don't care about any pain or suffering. I'm aware this will not be a pleasant goodbye

It's a fairly populated environment but not so busy that I think people would notice me if I did it at night, which would be the plan since that's when the coldest temperatures will occur.

Let me know what you think my chances are. Good idea or nah?
That's -7 c and -15 c if that helps anyone

If you don't care about how unpleasant it will ne then I'd say it's probably pretty viable if you have the guts to jump.

How long do you think it would take? I'll definitely be found once the sun comes up. It needs to be like within 6 hours
