Since there's no access to the roof of high buildings, how can I get to a place high enough to jump from?

Note: I live in Egypt. If you're from Egypt, please mention places in Egypt that I can get to, jump from, and successfully die.

Do you have any mountains? I think I heard of some tourist climbing one of the pyramids and dying, but I guess that's kinda illegal.

What do you think about train decapitation or hanging?
I got these 3 options too, but decided for jumping.

I wouldn't recommend trying to jump off of a pyramid anyways, no straight vertical drop from them because of how most of them are constructed. I've been looking into other buildings/temples, but can't find any that exceed 100m (that's the minimum height I'd go for to get the highest chance of suicide succeeding), most seem to come around 30m. Also can't find any recorded heights of cliffs in Egypt sadly.

Look for other methods because jumping from a high building might not kill you and you'll be paralyzed for the rest of your life or even worse
