You don't have any sedatives around you could take? Even over the counter sleep aid?

I think the best option would be always to have benzos by your side. I could suggest Xanax. It was helping me in such situations. But if you need something quickly, you can buy melatonin, peppermint tea, valerian root may be helpful (it does not help me).

Sorry you're having panic attacks over this. New jobs can be stressful for most of us. Imagine how stressful it can get if you don't have any money though.

As mentioned above benzos would definitely help. I'd suggest something more natural like breathing and thought exercises though. Everyone is different though and you may need to try a few different things or get creative.

Maybe do a bunch of push ups/squats/sit ups while your waiting to go..Distract your mind and burn off that nervous energy.

Don't overthink.Try to have a nonchalant, fuck it all attitude. If you can deal with suicidal ideation, this interview aint shit. You got this.

I'm similar to you, I get uncontrollable shakes and it was bad at work. I have a stressful job. I went doctors and was given propranolol. This helps with physical symptoms of anxiety and I've just been put on sertraline which helps with anxiety and depression. Too early to say if sertraline helps. Also about to start CBT therapy which I decided to give a try I've nothing to loose. You would definitely be best going doctors and hopefully be given the right treatment for it, because it's not gonna go away otherwise. Try and be confident in your interview, you've nothing to loose and if your nervous just say you've not had many interviews. Good luck!
