Help I've begun to have vivid visions of SH

I have vivid visions of cutting myself. I can feel the pain and excitement. It lasts a few seconds before it's suddenly gone. This has never happened before and I have no history of psychosis. I also have been hearing a smoke detector chirp in the mornings but I've disconnected all of them and took out their batteries and I still hear it. I also had a vivid memory of something bad that had happened when I was a kid. It felt real for the few seconds it was happening. The last time anything like that happened was 8 years ago and I thought I had gotten over it.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this that can help? I don't want to start SH again but it's become too tempting. Is this some kind of command hallucination?

Resurrecting SH imagery may be a reflex to feeling less in control of your environment. If there is anything arising in your life that seems oppressive, you may want to explore ways that it can be dealt with directly.
