All these ideals. All these religions. All this philosophy, for what? For what purpose other than to come to the conclusion we all exist for no reason. I became suicidal because of philosophy and reality, and the more I think about these things, the dumber and more pointless everything seems. People have pent their entire lives fantasizing about what life is, most here will syas it's an evil abomination, many others will call it a gift. In the end it's a pointless process of physics and chemistry that can't even be considered relevant in the universe. We believe so hard that everything that happens on this planet matter, yet all the horror that happens can be seen as a silent screaming, bodies that piled up for billions of years, just for nothing to even address our pitiful existence, because there is no one to do so. Why would a god, even an evil one, make a universe so devoid of life, and put a bunch of flesh bags on one little, unbelievably insignificant part of the universe. We can't even be considered a speck of dust, we are less than even that. We wuffer everyday because we are all fighting against the one true ruler, entropy. The one thing that creates and destroys without thought or purpose. All this stuff we call suffering, is nothing but a product of a molecule that replicates itself for no reason, and ha no clue what it's doing. Suffering itself only matters because we were "made" to be that way, when in reality, suffering itself is just as fictional as a fucking unicorn. Mars doesn't suffer, Venus doesn't suffer, the sun doesn't suffer, because they don't have Brains, they can't think or feel. These feelings are so unbelievably fucking stupid and pointless, yet we, all animals, share the same fucked up fate of caring about them, struggling for them, and dying for them. There is no reaosn for any of it. This isn't meant to give you some new outlook on life or to regurgitate the whole "nothing matters make your own meaning", infact it's meant to be seen as an absolute pessimistic statement: literally, not a single fucking thing that goes on here matters. People dya once life is gone it will be just a bad memory, but hoe could something so insignificant and meaningless even be considered a memory. No one will remebr life, beacsue no one else exists. Life will be just be what it always has been, nothing. I don't care if this is seen as nihilistic or pessimistic, all forms of philosophy are just disturbed apes arguing with eachother. Optimists are idiots, and pessimsts think the know the truth when in reality they just need a framework to stay sane. Neither are profound or important, they are just more word salads for human to keep themselves distracted for the fact no one is listening. We are alone, all is dead. I've come to hate humans for thinking ANY of this means something, that anything we do or feel matters. Of course I don't want to suffer, of course I don't want to be tortured, but what power, what grand being is going to listen to my crys for mercy? No one. There is bo one coming to save us, and once this thing, this meaningless chemistry we call life ends, no one will care or reflect on it, because there isn't anyone out there. We are nothing, we experience stupid elections and shit firing off in our brains. These things we feel are jsut that. Feelings. Once I get out of this shit show, nothing will change: the world will keep spinning, and if some people make it stop spinning no one will congratulate them. There is no light at the end of the tunnel, just a brick wall waiting for all living things. Entropy is the only "winner" here.

I have to agree with you. I doubt there's any great purpose for all of it. Suffering does make sense in terms of survival though. That's one thing we can be sure about. Life- however it came about evolved so that the beings with a strong sense for survival lived long enough to reproduce- right up to us.

We unfortunately 'need' suffering for our bodies to tell us there is something wrong with them that we need to fix. Maybe evolition tried out other methods- colour changes, an alarm (lol) but, maybe we ignored them. Animals that ignore having a bite taken out of them die- possibly before reproducing. Animals that take action to get themselves out of danger and heal wounds survive.

More unfortunately still, the human species has become so complex that we are also burdened with mental problems that also scream out to be fixed. Still, we don't necessarily die of mental illness- unless we suicide of course. But, some who suicide have already reproduced.

I also doubt it's part of some great plan though. I simply think we are complex biological machines that have a habit of breaking down and pain/ suffering is our alarm system to do something about it.

We are also sadly burdened with the awareness that we might be miserable and suicidal. But then, we have the problem of not wanting to hurt others plus, being held hostage here by denying us peaceful, reliable methods of escape.

So, while I doubt there are meaningful reasons behind all this, our predicament still makes sense. I'm not so sure entropy rules in that sense. There seems like a clear evolutionary path, survival of the fittest, survival instinct etc. that landed us in this mess.
