Venting It's my birthday

Today is my birthday, the worst day of the year. Aside from the childhood parties my parents forced on me, the only one I celebrated was my 18th, which I would completely undo if I could go back in time.

Every year things keep getting worse. I don't even know why I'm still here. I wish I CTBed many years ago...

Holding on as long as you have is an achievement to be proud of. I won't say things will get better, because who knows, I certainly don't. But I think change for the better comes from the same strength to continue on and reach out as you have already.

Birthdays generally suck for me since it's a reminder of just how much I'm actually alone even in my "special day". So I get why you would say it's the worst day of the year.
Despite it being a shitty and cruel day I wish you nothing but the best and hope you can feel a bit better.
