Help it bad to have your body and neck partially hanging to the left or right side?

When practicing my method, I found that my neck bends to the left along with my body. My body isn't straight it also shifts to my left side as well as my neck. This is a partial hanging too I should mention! Will I still be fine or no? I'm fucked? lol.

Had struggled to get the makeshift noose off of my neck but I managed! Luckily! lol.
