Is there any drug that works like N but is available? I dont know where to look for such informations but I just found out its impossible to get N yourself. Are there any substitutes that at least work familiar? Although to be completely honest I dont even know how N exactly works besides it makes it all much more peaceful lol

There are other barbituates that behave similarly, like secobarbital or sodium thiopental, but those are just as hard to get your hands on.

Drugs like rocuronium and propofol are also tightly controlled.

Other methods are not generally considered quite as peaceful. SN for instance is considerably less peaceful, so this is generally balanced by taking a benzodiazepine alongside it (benzos have similar effects to barbiturates but are much less deadly).
