Help Is there anyway to prevent seizures or convulsions during hanging?

I mean the least noise you make during an attempt the better, right?

Do you think taking large amounts of benzo (diazepam, alprazolam etc) before (20-30min) can make this scenario less possible (making loud noises, shaking etc)?

Sure you would have to be careful to not be intoxicated by the pills and mess up the hanging process.

As a diazepam user I'd take them 2hrs before to make sure they are absorbed, in the blood and working fully. 20 mins is too short.

Wrapping a duvet round yourself and securing it with duct tape would make for quite a silent outfit.

Im seriously thinking about full suspension. It would break my neck and make the process even quickier. Damn, if we could just have the right to choose to die without having to do it all alone and suffering even more by planning all the stuff by ourselves.....its fucking unreal how some of us needs to suffer until the very end....freedom is just an ilusion afterall

Couldn't agree any more!! I was just watching videos of assisted suicides in Belgium. It's sad we are forced to do this.
