Pretend to slip on the side of the road when it is raining and get hit by a car. I would advise waiting for a truck as you could slip under the wheels without causing a crash or any disturbance on the road.

This actually happened to me once by accident. I was walking underneath a bridge along the highway while it was raining and managed to slip and fall into the road. I did not die because a) I'm still alive and b) no cars were present on the road at the time. In hindsight, it would have been the perfect way to go as I would have been killed instantly by a large van as I was lying across the lane and so my body would have felt the total impact of a hit.

That is some "slip" I wonder how it can be faked....

This is actually the correct answer. A partial hanging is obviously a suicide, but a partial hanging with an orange rammed up your arse is an accident.

I started VSED a few days ago (ordered SN as a backup)
As long as I avoid ppl over the next ten days to two weeks this should be considered natural. If around people they may notice I won't touch anything. I know my therapist is suspicious right now. I cancelled appts and husband is out of town working.
Towards end I may take out my kayak. It'll be difficult being weak but everyone knows it's something I like to do so won't be a surprise if I disappear while paddling and it's written off to cold exposure or other natural causes.
I can always take the SN with me and dose out on the water. No chance of being stopped out there.

I've previously gone ten days with no food or water (interrupted) and 19 days no food no water the last seven of it (passed out, husband took me to an err and, they wrote it off as a cardiac episode bc my heart enzymes were almost there for cardiac arrest, didn't call it a suicide attempt)
