I live in Canada and have been scouring the web to find a source for SN but they don't sell to individuals. I feel so hopeless. Was someone else from Canada able to get some SN ?

Same here in UK. Apparently, it's somewhat possible to get it in EU, so if UK was still in EU, I'd have a possible chance. Even then there is always a risk because UK is quite strict with stuff coming in.
