I live in Ontario, Canada and survived an attempt using SN. A month after I was discharged from the hospital, the police showed up to ask about it. Apparently, my SN package had been flagged by customs because even though it was mislabeled as a cement additive, they knew what it really was. For some reason, they shipped it to me anyways which there weren't supposed to do because it was flagged.
Canadian Customs knows what SN from DSL is, so be careful if you buy SN in Canada.
