Is SN so hard ?

i read that people cant do it without vomiting and failing.
i prepare to do it in in 48 taking anti vomiting medication , and fasting at least 24 hours, but i see people speak about this method like its impossible
what do you think?

The failings are the result of being found too soon and bad SN. If you make sure these 2 factors are on point it should work as expected

i've got no choice but to take SN without all the other medication because i can't get my hands on antiemetic or propranolol i just hope it works, even if you take the antiemetic there's still been reports of people being sick

For me, acquiring SN is the difficult part. I don't know where you read that people can't do SN without failing or that it's impossible, there's been lots of cases of successful SN. I was planning to take 25, with 3x 25 as backup. The package was intercepted, though.

Well if you don't have that luxury, I think 1 or 2 backup glasses should also do the trick if you vomit to much. The difficult part is just trying really hard not to puke, keep your mouth tightly closed all the time is your best bet, then you maybe don't need that extra glasses or maybe 1.
