Is partial hanging in a motel room a good idea?

I really need to cbt soon, but my available methods are very limited. I think partial hanging would be my preferred method but I'm running into issues. I can't realistically do it in my apartment, I have roommates and no good anchor points. I could try to find a tree in a remote area, but it's really cold this time of year and there's coyotes and mountain lions roaming around so I think I would get discouraged before finishing the deed.

I feel like a motel room would be comfortable enough place to do it and I likely will have plenty of time before I'm found. I'm just worried that there won't be a good anchor point to attach the rope. Do motel rooms usually have a strong place where I could anchor the rope? Are there any other options I'm not seeing? Any advice would be really appreciated, I'm desperate

Anthony Bourdain did it in his hotel room. If I recall correctly he used an anchor in the bathroom. The bar in the wardrobe used for hanging clothes should be pretty sturdy too. Try testing those anchors by grabbing them and hang with your full bodyweight. If it holds, it will hold.

yea I was thinking the closet would have a good anchor point. I just sucks thats there's no way to tell before getting the room. I don't wanna just end up in some random hotel room because there was nowhere good to tie off the rope lol

Some motels have "special or themed" rooms (like bdsm, where there is more "equipment" in the room) Maybe if you find a motel with a website you can see what the rooms look like inside.

What worries me the most is privacy. Sometimes people say that there are hidden cameras in places like this. Maybe checking the place thoroughly would be a good idea.
