Method Is OD on ticagrelor (brilique) viable?

I have about 70-80 pills of Brilique (90mg each) lying around and I was wondering whether I could ctb with them?

(For context: It's a blood thinner used to prevent clots)

I'm pretty sure I could go through with taking all pills since it's more peaceful than anything else I have access to.

The only case of attempted suicide with it I found was this guy taking 15 pills and he was pretty much fine, so I'm wondering whether it could work or not.
