When I turn on the gas cylinder valve fully till regulator pressure view goes up to the highest value in that display.
It is very loud. I did adjust the valve connection with a wrench. But I cannot get the fully 200bar (marked by red, ideal amount) as it is in the cylinder. I get a little bit lower amount of 190bar. The amount shown in the picture by my pen direction.

Is there a leak or a problem with the connection of the gas cylinder / regulator??

I'm just guessing based on things I read long ago, but if you've ruled out a leak problem, then it probably is the regulator and you might want to check if the regulator is too big? You'd probably want to ask someone experienced like an engineer though. Hope you find answers!

I did reassemble the pressure regulator. I did my research to buy the correct gas cylinder for its appropriate gas regulator. This regulator is a high quality brand, it's suited for this type of gas nitrogen and it's purity grade.

So the problem is: Yeah, there is a leak between the regulator and gas valve. I did put now much more gas leak spray on the connection. It shows bubbles. I also hear a loud blow sound (kind of seeeeeesh). According to a YouTube video about cylinders and gas regulators thats should not happpen. PPEH says also that and in my second try I got a lower pressure at the fully opened valve. I reach now nearly 70% of the ideal pressure of 200 bar. At the highest value, it did go done to about 150 bar at the second try.

There is no sound. The sound (loud sound) is only there when there is no regulator connected when its run. There should be only the blow sound when the flow meter regulator is turned on. And the sound is much quieter than the gas cylinder only sound.
Solution?????
I dont know now. I mean my test shows that after running it about 15 seconds and then again 20 seconds. It did go a little below 5% oxygen in my hood. But then rised slowly after a couple 10 minutes to 7.9% oxygen. My hood is guarding very hard low oxygen environment after turning on the nitrogen gas.

Should I continue with a leak?? But I have to do that in the midday. It's too loud, don't want to annoy neighbours and get noise complaint.
Should I continue with this problem? PPEH says any leak should be stopped. But I have 4 times the amount of gas mentioned in the PPEH when talking abouz inert gas nitrogen.
