Is it okay to use balloon time helium for the exit bag?

Or should I go to a welding shop and ask for nitrogen? If I do ask for nitrogen, what excuse should I give?

Edit: I should also mention I live in the US.

Apparently those balloon kits have been diluted with up to 20% oxygen now. Not sure if all of those balloon kit manufactures do it now, but I wouldn't risk using one as it could lead to brain damage... You'll only get half way through the job and be still alive but left brain damaged.

it's only 80% helium I was really looking forward 2 doing it 2 getting nitrogen is your best bet airgas sold 2 me when I was in HS 4 projects they might sell 2 u

Thanks everyone. Could a carbon monoxide also work? If I connected a tank of carbon monoxide to the full face scuba diving mask? (There was also someone who ctb using nitrogen and a full face scuba diving mask).

You may not be able to purchase it [carbon monoxide] if you are not qualified to handle dangerous chemicals

You can get a nitrogen tank from Cyberweld

You will need 15lpm of gas for 40 minutes [longest recorded, caused probably by air leak to the oxygen mask]
So s tank of 600 liters of Argon or Nitrogen would be a safe bet.
When things go smooth you will be dead in less than 10 min.
