Considering recent goings on I'd say avoid all partners that say "male looking for female only", I wanted a partner in the past but paranoia get the best of me, no way now I'm going alone. Same way I was born.I think sadly it's probably for the best too. It overcomplicates things. I just want a gun so I have the option to do it when I want if it gets too much. What recent goings on?
If I had a gun, my problems would have ended long ago.I'm also a bit sceptical about finding a partner because it sounds like an easy way to scam people. Especially those who are desperate enough to send money to this said partner thinking they can get you the things you need. So be careful with who you share important details with.

It is far too risky, like everyone said, you never know who you might meet. They could seem like the most sincere person only to find out they are a hungry wolf in sheep clothing. They could do horrific things to you for days on end or years if they wanted...they may not actually want to die but use you for some sick twist pleasure.
With that said there have been safe successful partnerships that have sailed through it seamlessly. Like the woman in the UK that advertise for a partner and a man responded. The met once and did the deed in the car...(H2S) gone before they knew what happened.
But you just never know.

i dont trust anyone of you sick basterds
after reading these comments my paranoia is now screaming at me to ditch the idea of finding a partner i don't want to be tortured for days/ years. Co method makes sense still thoughI'm not sure that trusting nobody is the answer. There are plenty of instances in which two people agreed to meet and the suicide went as planned. If I could find somebody to suicide with, that would make things easier for me. I realize that I need to be careful so I'll do the best that I can do in getting to know the person.
Your fear is realistic.
Meeting up with a stranger to ctb brings risks.
Can you trust that partner?
Scammers or worse as you say.
Also what if one of you doesnt want to go through with it anymore just before the ctb or what if one person dies and the other survives?

My father was a DS...you wouldn't believe some of the things he personally saw....not to mention the things I have seen.... not cute.
I am not trying to scary anyone just giving you a very real reality check on what could happen.Although there are no guarantees in life, I suspect what would happen when two people meet is that the planned suicide will occur.
Do bad things happen sometimes? Sure. But I suspect it's rare. I understand some people's hesitancy but it seems like some of these nightmare scenarios being listed might be exaggerated.

Found a partner who lives close by. We've been discussing methods and making plans but I'm not sure if we'll do it together or form some sort of pact. It's nice to talk to someone openly about what's going on but I'd be super careful and make sure they're trustworthy/are who they say they are.These fears apply equally to meeting anyone in person who you met online regardless of the intended purpose

I like most here just worry a lot about it, especially if like me have been planning for a long time exactly the way you want to exit, donno I probably will still try to find someone but will definitely make sure that they are the right choice. Only get one shot at this and I like many here can't fail.
I know it could be scary thinking about all this stuff that could happen... for instance if I actually do find a partner I'll just treat it as i would for a first date or meeting a pen pal, something like that you know?
