is continuing life worth it

I don't really see a point in continuing my life, it all seems like a dead end life from here, even if I do good in school, go to college, I'm just going to be working a dead end job not really enjoying life and basically being a mindless zombie trapped in endless misery. I haven't felt happy in ages, I have had a traumatic past and abusive parents, I hate school and I don't feel like I can talk to anyone, is it even worth it anymore?

Welcome to the forum. Schools and colleges are just brainwashing facilities that prepare people for
life as a wage slave.
We are forced into this system and if we don't comply then we will suffer.
We will also suffer if we do comply. It's a no win situation.

Life can surprise you and you might just bump into someone or something you fall in love with. I can't promise you anything, ultimately it is up for you to decide if you can keep going or not.

as i understand your post, you are still very young, the only thing you need to do is find your purpose and you will eventually figure things out.

that purpose will make you move forward and will make you keep pushing on.

Life is not always good, most of the time, it's really awful. But because of those ugly situations, you will learn to appreciate how beautiful life is.
This world still has a lot of things to offer to you, just keep pushing forward.

To me existing certainly is just endless and unnecessary suffering, I know that no matter what I could never wish to exist.
I think having the ability to exist here is such a cruel, undeserved punishment, it's awful how humans just create so much harm in this dreadful world, but anyway I wish you the best. Your feelings certainly are understandable, I just see existence as being a futile process of passing the time until we cease existing where everything will finally be forgotten about.
