• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

ive never been diagnosed
ive never even been to like
a therapist (for more than a few weeks)
or really anyone in the mental-health-human-services field

i guess my parents never really expected i would have problems?
or like they never noticed how i never really felt anything over time

and now i just am too tired to do anything with my personal life
so
whats it like? is it worth it? does it affect your plans to ctb in any way?

ive been curious about this for a long time

I think it's worth trying, especially if you have only tried a few weeks in your whole life. It has given me some answers that help explain why I struggle with certain things.

good point. i have no idea what is wrong with my brain and i've always been against self-diagnosing since as a kid i had been surrounded by others with really severe mental problems (all of them. somehow)

in order for my claims to have worked they said yes.
to me personally, no. pain is pain—a diagnosis is not needed to show that, never mind prove it
