I'm patiently waiting on the perfect date to finally ctb. I feel ready but I'm finally at peace with when I plan for my body to be found.

Is anyone else feeling this way ? Do you feel peace when you know you finally have a date ?

But to answer your question properly, yeah I think the thought does give me peace. It's like knowing for sure, things will change one way or another. It's a really important day to me too, though it does make me nervous to think if I can't get it right then, I'll have to wait a year.

I think it really is just an automatic function after you hit a mysterious but not super hard to achieve amount of posts and comments

This is the same for me. I only picked that particular date from a range of data because it seemed convenient for myself and for the early fried process of loved ones, correlating with other stuff going on this summer (ex:' the day of someone else's memorial service is a bad day to find out your partner caught the bus' is kind of things I was thinking about when I set my date) I'm not sure what a perfect date might be, unless someone was trying to be particularly poetic or symbolic in the date. Since I won't be here after, I mostly just tried to think about the implications of the date on the ones who will grieve me
