Is an Acetaminophen overdose realistic?

Hi, I'm new here. Forgive me and feel free to delete this if I'm not doing this right haha.
I know its not practical, but its the only medication I currently have in my house. My parents won't keep anything else in my reach due to previous attempts.
I know it takes a while to actually kill you, but does it even have much of a success rate? Thanks
