Help In a psych ward and need a method

I need a method that I could do while in a psych ward. I know that's gonna be hard but I need to go as soon as possible

Sure can't order sn or n or charcoal In there. Leaves you only with hanging. In my psych ward toilets had no cameras but it's too risky they find you early and you end up a vaggie.
Now if you have privileges of leaving the perimetere for walks things might be possible.
They catch you they gonna fuck you up real bad. I Always advice to get out first. You dont wanna end up one of them haloperidol zombies which is what they usually do to keep the more active ones in check. They wanted to do that shit to me after another attempt when they let me out for walks

Not a lot but they let us outside sometimes

If you can, try to wait it out. Idk where you are but when I was in the hospital they checked on me every 15 mins. The likelihood of getting stopped mid attempt and having just made your life harder is pretty high. Not to mention if you fail you'll just be stuck there longer.

Is there anything? The only plausible way I could even begin to conjour would be a tourniquet made out of a sheet and even then they'd probably realize pretty quickly.

Don't CTB while institutionalized, the staff are highly trained to prevent this from happening.

Hi sorry about your situation, was in the same boat, unfortunately not the place to try when I was they would check rooms of an evening every two hours, nets over the outside area, phone charging cables confiscated and could only charge phones in nurses office, visitors scanned with metal detectors upon arrival, sorry but better to take the medications and wait it out.

If you're desperate enough there are ways.... but they're painful and you'd have to be very desperate.
Much easier to self harm in the ward than to ctb

Yeah it might be hard to do it while you're there. I know when I stayed inpatient once what they let us have access to was next to nothing. It wouldn't have been really possible to do any attempts.While I don't know what it's like where you're at I can imagine it's the same sort of scenario. You'd likely have to wait till you get out.

May i know why did you end up there ? What method have you tried ? Sorry for you. Please be patient and wait until they discharge you.

Don't waste your time trying to ctb there! They do 15 min checks and if you are lucky to find a method, they will save you! Next, you will be in restraints or not even sheets. Just rough it out and figure it out when you leave

No one should even be entertaining this with methods. Just play pretend, take your meds, do what they want you to, leave. Figure it out after.

Well sounds like if I end up there again I'm screwed because violent ways are hard for me to go .
There's a reason poison is my way out .
That said I still want to know what ways are available just in case .
