How important would meto be when trying to succeed a SN exit? I've seen posts about even a small amount of SN being enough to kill you.

The meto is meant to encourage more SN getting into the system right, before you throw it back up. Though some of it might already be in the system by then. Does meto just speed things up?

The only real important thing is the SN. All other things are used to assist the method.
Have you looked at any of the resource pages?

After SN, Meto (or a comparable antiemetic) is the most important part. People have managed without, but it becomes more of a gamble.

Its purpose is to keep you from vomiting as long as possible and to speed your stomach emptying, which lets you absorb it quickly.

Speed is important with SN, because the body can slowly override its effects. The way to success is to overwhelm your system so it can't do that.

SN maybe isn't that peaceful by itself. All the recommended meds play a part in making it that way, so it's really best to take as many as you can get.

Hi, I've searched the forums and faqs and didn't find a response so I'll use this thread that is related.
I'm having trouble getting a prescription for antiemetics, so I'll probably give it a try without them. It sucks but it is what it is. My question is, is there any "replacement" for antiemetics? something OTC, foods... I don't know. It surely won't be as efficient as the antiemetics, otherwise it would be listed in this guides/threads, but maybe there is something I can use that is better than nothing at all.
Thanks.
