Im the only one who (when im depressed) go out for a cigarette and just walk in the dark or sitting somewhere?

I walk often, but I admittedly have some long bouts of laziness too. It really helps me burn off my angst, I have emotional, rage issues from brain damage and sometimes walking and self-talk helps me calm down some. Yeah its safe here haha. Its a village near a 40k population city, so nothing much happends here. Its so weird when im sitting there randomly and some strangers come by lolSitting in the dark. Hmmm, your town must be very safe.
I live downtown, not so safe here but I love walking . This past thanksgiving, I felt lonely af so I went for a walk in the dark evening and a homeless man followed me. It's quite like a ghost town for obvious reasons. Scared the heck out of me. Since then I will only walk during the day time. I wanna die but not be murdered. haha
Sometimes I walk when there is mild snowing. Feel so good.
