You should lie down on a bed after you've taken the SN. You won't fall down instantly after you take it.You've got a few minutes.
Here is an eyewitness account of someone who went by SN. This is kind of the usual way things go.
Lying down to your right seems preferable. But isn't a rule. People have gone seated.
