It's everywhere, maybe I'm fighting a wall, but whenever I do this I feel more and more alone. This isn't a particular moment, this is my life.

I fucking hate that shit. It is such an empty gesture, especially as the "help" is the same generic, useless helpline that everyone already knows. Also, most of our problems are not fixable with a friendly chat to a volunteer. They guide us towards resources that are not even applicable half the time. It is very frustrating.

I did just that and they gaslighted me and sent me into a manic episode+psychotic breakdown. That has since led to 6 years of sheer hell in terms of physical pain and mental agony. I am afraid of people now. I have lost the capacity to trust another human being.
