Several weeks of feeling pretty good and for no reason, the yuck is back today. It feels like I am being stalked.

So now I am just mad at myself for "letting" this happen. Crap, crap, crap! Screw this, I hate being this way.

Time to go to the shooting range to practice killing that target. Bam bam bam! Take that, you (enter name).

Welcome back, sorry its under bad circumstances. Don't see it as anything bad though, recovery has its ups and downs, just remember how far you had progressed up until now, ride the wave and get your head down again to continue this journey that you're on. Don't be mad at yourself, cut yourself some slack, you've done amazing. Enjoy your time at the range.
