Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If you imagine yourself in the role of a CTB assistant, you'll face with symmetric trust issues towards the person you're going to help. Many people here just seek for attention and have no serious intentions to end their lives. A princess who makes posts about waiting for a prince on a white horse coming to her and kindly offering nembutal or fent doesn't really look like someone seriously planning her death.
I never said I would be a ctb assistant, I was merely providing information. Also, I don't care if people are trying to get attention, I'm pro-choice not pro-suicide, if someone isn't sure about ctb, good for them, maybe they can get help/turn their life around. Ctb is a last resort so I think people should think carefully so they don't die regreting their choise and feeling despair.

Be careful what you wish for, you can attract someone who will do some pretty nasty things to you. If you want to do something right, do it yourself if you know what I mean ;)

I didn't mean that either, I was talking about a thought experiment explaining why a potential CTB assistant probably wouldn't be willing to help people like the OP.

If someone isn't sure about CTB, they shouldn't pretend to be fully determined. This is not a matter of pro-choice/pro-suicide, this is a matter of honesty and respectful attitude towards the audience. Of course, changing the attitude to CTB at the last minute is also possible, and this possibility should always be kept in mind, but I can imagine a situation when someone who asked for assistance in CTB just doesn't show up for the agreed meeting. For the assistant this would mean wasting time and money spent on the road only for putting them at risk of having troubles with law enforcement.
