DiscussionIf SN is about Nitrogen and Oxygen over being only simply sodium doesn't it apply to be a painful method?

The meaning of what i am saying is.. Doesn't inert gas method work because you use only nitrogen and not oxygen? I did look up and i think i did read that oxygen would make you suffer pain from it? Hope i am wrong..
Ok, i think that, for some reason, you got everything mixed up horribly. I'll try to explain.
SN stands for sodium nitrite - white-ish crystals, similar to table salt in appearance and taste. It is ingested as water solution, then it turns your blood unable to transport oxygen and in effect suffocates your body resulting in death.
Exit bag aka inert gas method uses biologically inactive gas (nitrogen, argon, helium etc) to create oxygen deprived atmosphere. You breath that in several times, you die due to lack of oxygen. If such atmosphere becomes contaminated with oxygen, method will become slow or totally ineffective as you'd be able to breathe more or less normally.
