When someone actively plans and arranges their methods sth is already very broken in their lives with personal expectances that there may be no other way out of it. CTB itself is only possible when someone reaches the state of total desperation and hopelesness. This is the only way to defeat SI in the end. The expectations for their own future must be worse than a few minutes of suffering/pain during the actual CTB attempt.

Humans are capable of having logical thoughts and being aware, I'm fully aware of how existing is futile, harmful and undesirable, and I believe that those who succeded in ctb had access to a method that they felt confident in and they either got so determined to leave or knew it was the right time, to me they were courageous.
