I already have the place where I'm going to shoot myself. I have to drive almost 20 minutes. It has to be at night. I'm always prepared all day to do it. When the time comes, I get blocked and I can't drive there.
What should I do for that? Any medicine or I don't know, please help. I don't feel well and I'm very sure of my decision but I don't know what's happening. I can't sleep. I can't eat. I don't rest. I'm sick

I need to prepare myself mentally before pulling the trigger to be able to do it wish me luck maybe I need some nice words I am a good person I have always been but this is my only option that I am sure I want to do life is unfair for good people nothing goes to improve or change
I have a terminal illness that has no cure and it is eating me up very quickly and the physical changes are being noticed.
That's why I want to do it as soon as possible.
