I cant be alone with my thoughts. I always have to have something in the background like an audio book, podcast, movie or something that distracts me so my broken mind does not consume me. Silence is too loud for me.
However I am quickly running out of things to listen and most importantly relate to. Honestly people doing podcasts make me a bit envious as it seems they just have it so easy while I am working a job that is one of my biggest driver towards suicide. Also everyone online either has this fake optimism, weird nihilism, or self depreciating pessimism-but-in-a-funny-way that is just not relatable to me.
I love SaSu though, the discussions here are so realistic to me . Even when talking about something like death. I wish there was a podcast or a book I could listen to that just covers the experience and ideas of people that are realistic about living life and wanting death.
