I view death as a reassessment of where the spirit belongs. I'm in no way attached to anybody or anything in this world. I have a strong feeling that I don't belong here. Where ever I go after C'ing TB it's definitely where I belong. How could it not be? That's why I don't fear hell.

Plus, my name is Astral because I had plenty of out of body experiences from 2009-2013... leaving my body and flying out over a brook behind my house a bunch of times. I figure we die and become discarnate beings not bound by survival urges like hunger or thirst. We meet beings like ourselves and can fly to the stars if we want.

I do love food though. The rest sounds cool but I would definitely miss food.

There'd be food, just no hunger pangs.

I wish hell was the only thing I was scared of.
It's certainly not the only thing I'm scared of. But when I REALLY want to die, it's all I'm concerned about... if that makes sense..?
Y'all... please don't argue. Please. Try to find a way to share and discuss your opinions without getting angry/ugly with one another. This is meant to be a support site, no? ❤️

Ironically there are suicides in the bible with no narrative in the book condemning it. Take that as you want I guess

I don't know what to say. I used to believe in heaven/hell my whole life. I don't know if I believe right now but I know I will go to hell whether I kill myself or not. You can either kill yourself and face it or continue staying alive whilst refraining from ending your life. It's your decision and you should do what you feel is right. I hope you are able to make the decision. Hugs x

I really want to die, I've wanted to die for so long. I have always been so afraid that I haven't done it, because I am scared that I will go to hell. I don't know how it works. I'm losing my mind and I don't know what I need.
There's no heaven or hell, well I don't think so anyway so you'll be ok x

No one here or anywhere else knows if there is a hell for certain. On the same note, no one here or anywhere else knows if in death we are granted a "peaceful rest", or "nothingness", for certain. Anybody confidently assuring another person of any of those possibilities is speaking without qualification. Being certain about one is as ridiculous as being certain of any of the others. All I know is that existing, for me, is a specific kind of hell. Me not existing would create a different kind of hell for those who love me. The important question is, can I endure my hell in order to prevent the creation of theirs?

You're right.
Ibn Hajar said: "It was taken from him that the crime of managainst himself as his crime against others in sin because he is not his own property, but God Almighty
does not work in it differently from so what it him authorizes. "
After a lot of reading I am afraid that if one goes to Hell, he goes there forever. 11:107 and 11:108 only provide that God may do whatever He wishes, and not a word about abolition from hell. I cannot compare my struggles to those of other people because each situation is differerent. Apparently only those who are clinically depressed may be excused for suicide. I know there is no consensus about scholars about it but the majority seems to classify suicide among the gravest sins. Still, I am seeking hope.

That's the last thing to worry about.
Failing an attempt and getting myself on a tougher situation than the one i'm currently, now that's a big thing to be scared of.
Hell doesn't exist.

There is no such thing as hell. There is no such thing as heaven either. It's all rubbish meant to brainwash you into living for someone or something else.

For what it is worth, I used to be infected by religion when I was younger. I attempted seriously (only ignorance botched it), believing full well I'd go to hell. My reasoning was, whatever punishment I deserved, I'd get anyway and I'd rather not get it from other people in this world.

Also, stop listening to religious people on how god is merciful. You don't know if god is merciful if he exists. It doesn't matter. In the end, you will die, and in the end it will be what it will be.

I don't believe in God or heaven or hell. But if you do, I think god would understand how unhappy you are and he would know you are not a malicious person at heart. It's not like you're a serial killer. He'd know you just wanted to escape your pain. You're not going to go to hell. My best friend killed herself because she had the same condition I have which is called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome which is the highest ranking pain condition in medical history. I know she's not in hell. I can feel it. She's free now. Don't worry about that.

The Bible doesn't explicitly mention voluntary death leading to hell. St Augustin stated it led to hell because many Christians dreamt of dying as martyrs.
While I am subject to phoby of hell and reincarnation/bad arla as well, I want to think if there is an afterlife it is about love and peace...

If you want to die I'd say you're in hell right now. Don't worry. There is no hell. And if you believe in God shame on him for making you so miserable you want to die.

Here's a food for thought: You are not your host. You're merely observing the life you experience. So everything you do, you have no control over. Even though the bible claims God or better yet a demiurge... gave us free will. Everything we do is a reaction to a cause, which the cause of the cause is the demiurge himself as he's supposed to be the one who designed us to be the way we are and designed the environment as is, so I guess technically... this isn't really free will. With that, we can't be held accountable for our actions, no matter how heinous it may be. And that is only the case if this demiurge exist... and moreso if hell exists in the first place.
