I never actually had a panic attack but I've looked up the symptoms and while I'm usualy theh last person to self diagnose, this time I'm pretty sure. I've been shaking for several minutes straight, it feels as if I'm about to throw up and I gennuenly think that I am going insane. I don't think the urge to ctb was ever as present as right now, I'm almost glad I don't have my rope within proximety because I'm pretty sure I would go through with it, and I'm not quite done with my preperations. Forgive me that this is incoherent but I felt like I needed to talk to someone about this and I'm not about to make my friends/family worry. It just actually feels like I'm going mad, I've tried catching up to my uni program, absolutely failed and sacrificed going to lectures for nothing, I can't make myself talk to people so now I have spent the past several days in this paralysed state where I can do nothing, barely talk to anyone and still need to pretend to be happy for my mom. And I think the pressure finaly cought up to me. Again sorry for how shit it probably is to read this but I needed to talk to SOMEONE. I just want to fucking die, I don't think I have put so much energy into any thought in years.

hey, it's okay<3 you can dm me if you would like, i have chronic panic disorder so i get frequent panic attacks, and also please remember everyone's experiences and symptoms are different, you don't need to fit the description of everything on google<3 what youre feeling is valid, you're not alone!

Youll be alright man

Panic attacks are weird, have had 2 in my life. Felt like I was dying out of nowhere. Put on some loud music to distract yourself. Maybe watch something you enjoy to distract your brain. Sounds like all your stresses just overwhelmed your brain.

Thanks a lot for your reply, it means a lot to me, truly thank you. I probabyl won't dm since I'm really bad at most things social, more so now tham ever, but really thank you for the offer. I can't imagine having to deal with this on the regular, hope it gets better (if at all possible)

Yeah thats expected of such an extreme foreign emotion. Take it easy, understanding what caused the panic attack and the fact it was a panic attack might help you calm down

I don't like self diagnosing either but I woke in a terror one night. I assume it was a panic attack. Took a while to calm down but eventually passed. Scared the hell out of me. I'm sorry this happened to you.
