Hi uh so like the title said. I don't really know how to ctb… I don't have access to anything fancy, I know I could hang myself but I don't want my parents to find me like that. I have a lot of meds (I struggle w/ mental health and chronic illnesses) and I also have access to a lot of alcohol. I'm 175lbs and 5 foot 4 inches. If you have any ideas or tips for me please respond
