i need a very detailed charcoal burning guide

i know nothing about charcoal and i have never used it before. im planning to do this method in the bathroom, do i need a grill? is there anything else that i can use instead of the grill? how many kgs of charcoal will i need? how do i light up the charcoal? i know im stupid but please help me with this i really want to die, i have a lot of problems and im so lonely i have no friends irl or online and i dont have a loving family and nothing is fun anymore. i have no future and my only hope is death
