Gonna get fent from the dw. Have a tolerance for opiates already as I was an h user that has been on subs for 2 years now (16mg/day). Gonna feel good having the ability to just get this over with if I want to. Obviously will get this tested to see components but it's well reviewed and more than enough to get the job done.

Nah the naloxone isn't actually active unless it's "misused." If it actually was active you'd just start going into pers withdrawal every time you took it. It's just a shitty long half life opiate pretty much. Can def still get high as fuck if you take enough. If you're talking about the bupe then you just have to wait a few days for it to unclog the mu opiod receptors as it has a higher affinity than other opiods. Trust me I've been able to take other opiates with subs and they def worked.

Problem is that the tolerance is still there and for how long I've been taking opiates in my life it will be there for years even if I stopped today. The receptors are still used to so much bupe every day from the subs that if I were to shoot up a lethal dose of fent for somebody with tolerance I would just get high. I'm planning if I ever do it to use like 20x the lethal dose or some shit. I recently saw a really good protocol in the newest edition of the PPH that is like the new gold standard now that N is impossible to get. The hardest part about it is that it's like 5 different script only drugs you'd have to get off the DW. But those who have a why to die can bare any how I guess.
