Brushing your teeth is the most important part of self care by far :( all self care can be ignored and cause no permanent damage except with your teeth. I found that keeping a toothbrush + toothpaste on my nightstand helped me. Usually when I remember to brush my teeth its as im about to go to sleep and the last thing I want to do is get up and go to the bathroom so I just brush them while I am in bed :)
