You only need about 25g. 30 if very overweight.

You don't know, but no harm in trying. The worst it can happen is not to die. But it is still probably good. I'd try.

For it to become nitrate, it would need to be heated to 300+ degrees (by decomposition). If it's in direct sunlight it would degrade. If it's stored in well under 300C and out of direct sunlight it most likely would not degrade.

Good to know, it hasn't been exposed to such or reached that degree. I'm doing this with no AE because I don't can can't get that. So if 25g is enough, I make two glasses of 20G just in case?

I don't feel like I'm quite qualified to answer this question. However, if possible, I would have made three glasses of 25 but 20 should be fine.

I would advise against that. If you have 100 grams, I would do one cup of 40, and two cups of 30.
