i think sometimes people who know suicidal people like to believe - probably because it's scary not to - that suicidal intent comes from spiralling out of control as though it is a disease that blurs their mind or a sinister subconscious force that grapples them temporarily and its not really them. well
for me it is. it is me. suicidal ideation is not something separate to me, it is something apart of me.

I feel you. I suppose it started with an emotional spiral, but years on it's just logical at this point. Seriously, not one 'logical' argument to live other than 'because your si stops you from jumping infront of a train' holds any water.
