Well, this is really what the feminism asked for - free sexual market. Men beg for sex... In the past, you just had to accept one "offer", put a ring, and end it... Imagine what it is for a man today - to strike again and again, be called "creeper", every time his looks, timing and charisma are just not good enough... Actually a lot of men are forced to become creepers, since like you say - you know a girl, you are friends, have common interest. But she can't perceive you as anything else, and you just destroy a friendship... So you must "hit" strangers, at least the rejection doesn't hurt so much. I hate my boobs. I can't run because of them, i can't bump a human because of them, when i'm riding my bike they bounce on rocky parts, etc. But then I thought that I can buy binders. That sort of fixed it. But when i'm wearing the binder, I feel so weird about myself but comfy. That's why there are times when I'm the binder human and the "not-a-binder-fan" human (which is quite always) and have learned to accept the reality of those quotations saying "to hell with other's opinions, I am my own king". And I am my own king and they can stare st my chest as much as they want, talk about it, sneer because they don't have one (or two), but it's my bloody body and I quite am learning to like them (just now since my 2nd try of purchasing a binder online is a fail).


Give yourself sometime. Perhaps it'll come to you too, the acceptance.

Almost every night I walk home alone at uni I get creeps trying to follow me home or ask if I have a boyfriend. I can never feel safe on the streets... A few close guy friends of mine (not all, a few) have stopped talking to me because I wasn't interested in them sexually.. They completely pushed me out of their circle and talk about me like I'm a horrible person. I'm terrified of intimacy because of all the sexual abuse I had to deal with growing up. I know that whoever I be with will have to deal with my trauma and baggage..

I realize I may sound like I see myself like I'm irresistible. That's not the case at all... I'm pretty fucking gross. I just wish people could actually be my friends... my family abandoned me and now it feels like loads of people abandon me just because I don't give them what I want... I'm not saying I want to be a man, but I hate being a woman so much... I just want to feel accepted...

I always assumed being a woman would be hard but mostly for other reasons. Reasons like having to carry around the whole reproductive system, having to put on a bra, having a weaker/clumsier body than men and being so confused and unsure. I'm thankful that I'm a man. Well... at least a "man"". Not an alpha but I do have a dick, I can run fast, and I like guns, girls and machines. And heavy rock. Also cats. Real men like cats.That's kinda it.

Have done the hobby thing. But having social anxiety, I usually back out and fear rejection. The few times I've actually attended, it was easy to feel invisible and feel like you're not wanted around. People can sometimes be unwelcoming.
As far as martial arts, that can be expensive. And regardless of skills, men tend to have more strength. I wouldn't go injecting myself with testosterone either.
But thank you for your suggestions. At least here, I can feel common feelings with people. I've already encountered the not so friendly ones but eventually my overthinking will let it pass.

If you live in the USA I believe you can own a small handgun after learning to use it properly (there are many cheap models available). Or at the very least you might want to carry a pepper spray and always have something like a rod in our car or a stealth wearable weapon by your side (also learn and practice to use them properly). It's all about buying enough time the get TH out of the situation. It's also a good idea to have emergency numbers set up on your phone to auto-dial during emergency. The world is a dangerous place to live in and if someone can't be bothered to take precautions when they can, in a way they have it coming.

If I could have been born a guy I would rather be a guy. They have it hard in other ways but I'd still rather be the more masculine sex if I had to pick one. Being a woman these days is more miserable than for past generations. Normal gender roles and gender proclivities were respected, but they don't even teach about how men and women are different these days. Gender is not just a social construct.

Well every time I was put in a mental hospital, they had me sign a document extending when I would be able to purchase a fire-arm, and I was forced to sign 4. And the price to even buy one, the permits to carry & licenses, getting a background check, all sounds like a very expensive process.
Precautions come with a price tag. The cheapest thing is probably a 10$ pepper spray. But anyone could easily overpower if they see it coming and it's not like we'll be able to see the future and be prepared with it at hand. Being weaker doesn't mean whatever comes to someone is what they deserve. Out of all the times I've been attacked, the only time I actually got away was running and that's because the man was drunk. But I see your point, prevention is key.

Without men women would still be washing clothes with their hands. OK maybe maybe not but you get my point which is that men have built society for the most part. They do most of the infrastructure jobs and have made most of the inventions. IDK what your talking about.

In other words, you think we owe men the world and all the thankfulness we can show because they "built the world"? Do you happen to know women didn't have rights for centuries and they were prevented from voting, working, and even standing up for themselves? Imagine how long a "man" would have lasted without a woman to cook, clean, sexually fulfill his needs and be the mother of his children, or what about his own mother? He wouldn't exist.

Women are now truck drivers, construction workers, mail-ladies, business owners, politicians, doctors, lawyers, real estate agents, professors, soldiers, etc. They're out there and there's lots of these Wonder Women!

Is it so wrong for us to vent how our gender has been put through too much by the other? You could always do us a kind favor and go after the horrible men out there instead. : )
