Help I guess this is some stupid cry for help...

Due to my behaviour, I ruined all of my relationships. There are people who meant so much to me, but left. I guess I'm going to try one more time, to message them and apologise. I know that they don't care, but I care. This is the problem, I always care too much and then end up getting my heart broken. I don't know if they are going to reply or even read my messages. This is going to be my last cry for help. I can't get through this alone, I thought that I could, but I can't.
