Discussion i give up

i fucking give up. my mental is at an all time low and i just want to end it before the infinite slope of pessimism goes more and more downward.

im planning on doing the classic sn method via stat dose.

so far my plan is as follows:

1 hour before sn: 1000mg of acetaminophen (tylenol)
45 minutes before sn: 30 mg metoclopramide
5 minutes before sn: crush 600mg of benzos and put it in water
25 g of sn mixed in with 100ml of bottle water

i weigh 190 pounds and i am following the stat protocol. should i use antacid? is it ok if i use bottled water or is distilled water recommended? how can i receive metoclopramide (i reside in canada)

if anyone can message me a sn source then that would help as well.
any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated. im also unsure on whether or not i should add 600mg of benzos into the protocol or not. if i didn't add benzos, would the tylenol and metoclopramide still prevent my body from puking all the sn out? thanks.

Both are fine. As long as it's water.

It's gonna be very difficult because Canada has the strictest laws in the world regarding importation of meds.

if anyone can message me a sn source then that would help as well.

Interact more with people on the forum and someone will eventually give you a source. No pettiness from us but we have to protect sources so that they're not shut down.

Benzos are for anxiety, tylenol for pain. Both don't act on vomiting. Meto does.

thank you for answering my questions. sorry if i come off as ignorant, i'm just beginning to research this material. i plan on taking xanax before the sn drink. do you have any other suggestions for what medication i can replace with meto?

Ideally it should be a D2 dopamine antagonist antiemetic.
