it's from a thai article, so i translated it with google.
can anyone help me decipher exactly the steps this guy took?
how he tied his hands and in what order he did the different things.

here's the poorly translated article:
Tragic! A middle-aged man committed suicide by wrapping tape around his face in his home in the Sai Mai area. Police have summoned relatives for further questioning.

A suicide occurred inside a village on Sukhaphiban 5 Road, Or Ngoen Subdistrict, Sai Mai District. The incident took place in a four-story townhouse, one of six units built side-by-side, which housed a company that designed, manufactured, sold, and exported/imported leather goods.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Chatchai Kusanthia, the investigating officer at Sai Mai Police Station, inspected the scene and found the body of Mr. Thongma, 44 years old, deceased on the 4th floor. He was found lying on his back, wearing a black long-sleeved t-shirt and long jeans.

Both hands were bound with twine to the headboard. Clear adhesive tape was wrapped around the head and neck, completely covering the face. A search of the room revealed no signs of struggle or ransacking.

Initially, authorities suspected that the deceased may have been stressed about business problems before committing suicide by tying a rope loop around his headboard on both sides, then wrapping clear tape around his face and looping both hands through the rope to prevent himself from helping himself, ultimately leading to suffocation and death.

Following this, police officers will invite close relatives of the deceased for further questioning in order to determine the true cause of death.

Seems like an unconventional way to suffocate oneself. I doubt it'd be worth trying, it's like stabbing yourself with a knife; it's one of those methods that is very accessible and you probably could do easily, but why would you? With just a bit more effort you could put together something that'd be less painful and more effective.

i think i dont care about the potential pain anymore, i just want something reliable.
i will take 5 minutes of suffering to end it all, versus keeping on living with many more years of suffering.
trade off seems logical enough
here is the article, check ito ut

Theres forsure way more reliable methods that arent painful,
im not talking pain, im talking pure panic, every fibre of your body gasping for air.

it'd be the same as tying a brick to your leg and jumping inside the sea.
terrible way to die.
