The mornings are now a struggle and got to go a do something for my uncle. Really Nervous, like my stomach feels like it's about to explode. Can anyone relate this morning?

I had to go up a ladder and cut back some trees from the over garden. Using a Chainsaw.

Wasn't great. The scary thing is the chainsaw or using the power tools whilst I'm in the state of mind of death. Got through it. Not looking forward to another day tomorrow. But at home with my family. Will have to go for a long walk through the woods near were I liv.. then the thoughts will start.
Yep it's awful, I hear you. That's the tiring part. It's facing the world. Hate it. Thankyou your words mean kind things..same with you too. I'm sorry your also feeling awful. :-)
