I dreamt about a suicide method

Last week in one of my strange dreams I dreamed of a suicide method, practically in the dream someone had committed suicide thanks to a mix of alcohol and ketamine, is there a reliable method? I haven't done any research on the matter.

The funny thing is that it is really a suicide method to combine very high doses of ketamine with alcohol or benzodiazepines or both, it's incredible, I dreamed of a suicide method without knowing anything about it, only now I'm getting informed and seeing that you can actually die like this, was the dream prophetic?

For now I have SN as a method but maybe I'll buy 10g of ketamine which is a lethal dose, I have to think about it, it seems like a more humane death than SN, I would say like barbiturates and opiates.

Maybe I can mix it with heroin.



I studied a little better and it doesn't seem as peaceful as death compared to SN from a psychological point of view.

I asked ChatGPT which death was more humane between SN and overdose of ketamine plus alcohol and it seems that the latter is more humane, maybe I'll change the method from SN to this one, I have to wait for the 10g of ketamine to arrive that it's a lethal dose for everyone, maybe the dream was prophetic.

It depends a lot on the way you take it, however, if you take it nasally it might not be so fast and you might lose lucidity in the meantime, I honestly don't know at this point if this method or SN is better. If taken intravenously I would say this but if snorted I don't know, it changes the bioavailability quite a bit.

In the end I think I'll stay on SN, who knows how long ketamine will take to arrive and I've reached exhaustion, also with ketamine you risk losing lucidity in the meantime and doing things that could backfire like asking for help maybe while hallucinating, instead with SN apart from a bit of confusion you remain lucid until the end.

In high enough doses ketamine can be fatal when taken with alcohol as they both act as depressants, which can lead to you dying of respiratory depression or cardiac arrest
